I currently take Lamotrigine 525 mgs and Diamox 500mgs. I also take Actonel and Calcium Forte plus Vit D for osteoporosis and Citrate for Kidney stones |

| In the past I have taken Phenytoin, Epilim, Tegretol, Rivotril and Clobazam for my Epilepsy. | |

| I've also had
periods in the past of severe non epileptic seizures and may well have the
odd one now, but nothing as compared to before.
I have problems with going out in public on my own and tend to shy from social occasions....but since joining E Support I have gained a lot of confidence and taken steps forward. Part of Janey's mission is that we share our experiences, support and learn from each other ....... I was not in a very good way either physically or emotionally when I joined 2 years ago, but in that short time I have regained confidence and made valuable friendships here.....and I could write an essay on all the fun I've had and fulfillment I have gained. I find that it is always a great leveller, meeting people with similar and often more difficult problems than my own...I think I was in great danger of drowning in my own misery when I first joined but I spend a lot of my time giggling these days!! |
